Eaton Custom Seating is located in Pontotoc, MS. We have been in business since 1944, offering various seating products designed primarily for the hospitality industry.
Our offerings include wood chairs, fully upholstered lounge chairs, sofas/sofa sleepers, ottomans, business task chairs, recliners, and luggage benches. Our products are manufactured to the highest construction standards, upholstery, and finish using materials that exceed industry standards.
Frame shop
Kiln-dried hardwood and plywood cut, doweled and assembled in house. Structural joints are glued with epoxy, pocket-bored and screwed, with corner blocks and metal brackets where the load demands it.
Cutting and sewing
Patterns cut and sewn on site, including COM received from your supplier. Pattern matching, welts and channeling are handled by the same team that upholsters the frame.
Finishing
Water-based stain with catalyzed conversion finish, applied in a nine-step spraying process. Standard finishes or matched to your sample, with approval before production.
Upholstery and assembly
Springs, foam, fiber wrap and final upholstery fitted by hand, then inspected before crating. Sleeper mechanisms and power units are installed at this stage.
Hospitality
Guest rooms and public areas for full-service and select-service properties, from lobby seating to sleeper sofas.
Senior living
Seating built for the durability, cleanability and access requirements of assisted living and care environments.
Brand programs
Approved seating built to brand standard for nine hospitality programs, including Microtel Moda, Wyndham Garden and Comfort Inn & Suites.
